Goals:

Within the next 12 months I hope to be able to qualify for the Great British team at the U23 European Championships in Norway aiming to be competitive for the medals. I am also aiming to compete at the Olympic trials in June and the British Indoor Championships.
I hope to be able to compete the all of the major athletics championships throughout my sporting career. Including the Olympics, World Championships, European Championships and Commonwealth Games. With the upcoming Commonwealth Games in Birmingham 2022, I am aiming for this to be one of the first major championships I compete at.

  • 05/09/2020 Competition: Muller British Championships Event: 800m, Result: 2nd place
  • 20/07/2019 Competition: European Athletics Junior (U20) Championships Event: 800m, Result:1st place
  • 21/07/2019 Competition: England Athletics U20/U23 Championships Event: 4x400m, Result: 1st place 53.3 split
  • 23/06/2019 Competition: England Athletics U20 / U23 Championships Event: 800m (U20), Result: 1st Place
