Goals:

To get back to some sort of normality, train and compete and to improve my 400 meter times.
To continually improve, to hopefully compete in the 2024 Paralympics, to graduate from university, find employment that will give me the flexibility to compete all around the world and travel.

  • 19/01/2020 Competition: Non Thomas New Year Open inc. South West England, Welsh Masters, Welsh Athletics Senior 3000m Championships & BMC Races External Results Cardiff Event: 60 meters, Result: 7.76
  • 07/07/2019 Competition: Activity Alliance National Junior Athletics Championship Event: 200 meters, Result: 24.23
  • 23/06/2018 Competition: Welsh U13 / U15 / U17 / U20 Championships Event: 400 meters, Result: 51.87
