Goals:

If successful, the award would put less pressure to take up extra shifts at work to make up for costs, which are mostly for petrol, gym membership etc., more time to rest and recover and focus on my academic studies. I will be able to allow myself training equipment, or similar things which I believe will support my development, without having to worry about money or not being able to afford it […] I want to make match selections for Bristol Bears as often as I can, to gain as much experience within the pressure of games to develop my skills and grow confidence in my own ability. I’m hoping, provided it runs this year, to be involved in training camps with England U20s to gain experience in an alternative environment where I can learn from different players and coaches. If a summer tour takes place with the U20s I’d aim to be part of this, developing throughout the year to ensure I deserve a spot.
