1. INTRODUCTION TO TERMS
1.1 Wall’s is the trading name of Pork Farms Ltd. This website and microsite is owned and operated by Pork Farms Ltd, part of the Addo Food Group.
1.2 These Terms govern the use of the Sites, including participation in the Wall’s Helping Hand competition and social media use.
1.3 If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not enter the Wall’s Helping Hand competition.
1.4 Wall’s may modify these Terms from time to time. Use of the Sites by you and entering the Wall’s Helping Hand competition will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to the Terms.

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE BY YOU
2.1 Wall’s owns all material on the Sites. You may not in any way make commercial or other unauthorised use, by publication, re-transmission, distribution, performance, caching or otherwise, of material obtained through the Sites.
2.2 You are responsible for ensuring that any material, details, video or imagery you provide to the Sites by entering the Wall’s Helping Hand competition does not violate the copyright, trade mark, trade secret or any other personal or proprietary rights of any third party.
2.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all personal contact details provided in the entry process are valid and correct.
2.4 All content, images and videos will be checked prior to being visible on the Sites. However, you acknowledge that human mistakes happen and should that be the case Wall’s does not endorse inappropriate content.

3. ENTRANTS
3.1 By using the Sites and entering the Wall’s Helping Hand competition you confirm that you are 18 years old or more or, if you are under 18 years old, that you have received your parent’s or guardian’s consent to enter into these Terms.
3.2 In order to participate in the Wall’s Helping Hand campaign you must be a permanent resident in either England, Scotland or Wales.

4. USE OF MATERIAL POSTED BY YOU
4.1 Posting entries to the competition on the website are not private, however your personal details will be. You grant Wall’s a perpetual royalty free non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, distribute and sub-licence any information or material you supply or communicate to the websites via such postings, in any medium now in existence or hereafter developed, for any purpose, including commercial uses to any third party. Wall’s will not return it if submitted, and accepts no liability whatsoever for safe custody thereof.
4.2 By entering the Wall’s Helping Hand competition and sharing any contribution(s) with us (including but not limited to data, text, photo, message, posting, image, logo, attachment, hyperlink and all other content (collectively known as Contributions) to the website, you agree and grant Wall’s free of charge permission, to use the Contribution(s) at s sole discretion (including modifying and adapting it for PR purposes and editorial reasons) in connection with the Wall’s Helping Hand competition. The licence extends to copying, distributing, broadcasting or otherwise transmitting, adapting or editing the Contribution(s).
4.3 By entering the competition, your details will be added to a Wall’s database for future marketing purposes unless you specifically opt out and these can be shared by third parties deemed appropriate by Wall’s.

5. THE WALL’S HELPING HAND COMPETITION AND PRIZES
5.1 The Wall’s Helping Hand competition is giving one winner the chance to have a team of professional tradespeople complete or transform their nominated project to the value of £5,000 including VAT. The prize is as stated, non-transferable or redeemable for cash equivalent.
5.2 Should the cost of the project not reach this value, there is no cash equivalent refund being given.
5.3 The Wall’s Helping Hand competition will launch on 1st May 2017 and will come to a close on 10th July 2017. Entries received after this closing date will not be accepted, counted or considered for the competition.
5.4 Wall’s and its team of tradespeople will need as much detail as possible on the nominated project, including as many photographs as possible to be able to effectively cost for the work. Should the project need extra investment to complete following on site surveys and visits, the extra cost will need to be met by the winner or another third party. The cost of the project cannot exceed £5,000 including VAT.
5.5 The cost of the tradespeople is being covered by Wall’s and there will be no charge to the winner. The winning nominee will also receive £500 cash from media partner, Heart FM. This prize is being given by Heart FM and is not the responsibility of Wall’s. Should the winner enter any dispute whatsoever regarding this prize, this is to be done directly and only with Heart FM. Wall’s will not enter into any negotiation or conversation regarding this element of the prize.
5.6 The winner will be announced on 17th July 2017. The competition will only have one winner throughout its longevity and the judge’s decision is final. Wall’s will endeavour to complete the project as soon as possible but no later than six months following the announcement of the winner. Once completed, Wall’s and any third parties are not involved in further maintenance required or any additional upkeep.
5.7 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.
5.8 By entering the Competition, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. In addition Wall’s may pass your personal information to the partners of the competition and their data processors. However, we always demand that any such parties adhere to the same security procedures that we follow ourselves.
5.9 It is assumed that by entering the competition which, if won, could result in time off work, your employer has agreed to allow you time off. When dates are specified they cannot be altered and by entering date-related Competitions Wall’s or the third party tradespeople are not liable in any way to any winner who cannot attend or allow access to carry out the works required.
5.10 The Wall’s Helping Hand competition is not open to any employees of the Addo Food Group, KRPR, Fat Media or Veracity Marketing or their immediate families.
5.11 Entries in the incorrect format or without the detail required to cost the project will not be considered.
5.12 Once entered, entries cannot be returned, however you can opt out should you wish.
5.13 Unless otherwise stated only one Competition entry, fulfilling the eligibility requirements above, will be accepted per person.
5.14 Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and to have agreed to be bound by them.
5.15 Once selected, only the winner will be contacted personally by email or phone call using the contact details provided upon entry.
5.16 The winner will be notified on the day that the winner is selected. The winner will have 5 (five) working days to respond in full or another winner will be selected.
5.17 Wall’s decision is final in every situation, including any not covered above and no correspondence will be entered into in respect of the validity of any such decision.
5.18 Wall’s shall be permitted to exclude or disqualify any entrant at any time at its sole discretion.
5.19 Wall’s reserves the right to exclude late, incomplete or multiple registrations.
5.20 Wall’s does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.
5.21 Entry to the Competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use any entrant’s name, image and any competition entry photograph, for promotional and/or editorial purposes in any format in print and non-print media without additional consultation.
5.22 By taking part in the competition, Wall’s reserve the right to publish entries, including parts of entries, and names, although a published entry does not necessarily mean the entry has won the competition, won a prize or come as a runner up in the competition.

5.23 Entry to the Competition and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the entrant / winner nominated in broadcast publicity opportunities with TV and Radio. Failure to agree to this will disqualify the winner.
5.24 The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred although Wall’s reserves the right to change the prize in the event of unforeseen circumstances. There will be no cash alternative.
5.25 Wall’s reserves the right to (i) cancel and/or withdraw this Competition and/or (ii) amend these Terms, at any time without notice.
5.26 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Wall’s, Pork Farms Ltd or Addo Food Group be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this Competition.
5.27 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will KRPR (trading name of KR Public Relations Limited), Fat Media, Veracity Marketing or any third party tradespeople contracted be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss, damage or injury arising under or in connection with this Competition.
5.28 Where Wall’s runs a competition with a promoter such that the promoter is responsible for the selection and/or the provision of prizes then Wall’s and KRPR, Fat Media, Veracity Marketing shall not be responsible for or have any liability for the provision of such prizes.
5.29 These Terms are governed by English law, and entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to all matters arising under or in connection with these Terms.
5.30 The winner will not be marked against any set criteria, it will be chosen by our panel of independent judges who deem the community group, project or person as the most deserving of the prize. They will be recognised as either being an unsung hero or a community project that if repaired or renovated would make a positive impact in the community.

5.31 Each entry will be reviewed and verified by a panel of independent judges. It is the decision of the independent panel of judges as to what entries are suitable to be submitted to the review stage and the decision is final and non-negotiable.
